Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Introduction

At Forever Bridal & Formal, we want you to have complete confidence when shopping online with us. All online orders are carefully checked for size, style, colour and quality before dispatch. This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through our online store only and outlines your rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns on full‑price items only. You must notify us in writing within 2 business days of receiving your order if you wish to request a return or exchange. Returned items must meet all conditions outlined in this policy to qualify for store credit.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale items, discounted items, final price items and warehouse clearance styles

• Items purchased with known imperfections or marked as discontinued styles

• Items that have been worn, tried on for an event, or used commercially

• Items with pin marks, makeup, spray tan, perfume, perspiration, deodorant or visible wear

• Garments that have been altered, adjusted or modified in any way

• Delicate or silky fabrics showing pulls, marks or imperfections upon return

Return Conditions – Full Price Items

Approved returns will receive a store credit only. Refunds are not provided unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Return requirements:

• Item must be in perfect, resalable condition

• Item must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered

• All tags and packaging must be attached

• Garment must be free of stains, marks, odours or damage

• Customer must send the item back within 7 business days with full tracking

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. If the item, size or colour requested is unavailable, a store credit will be issued. Return shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty Items

All online orders undergo multiple quality control checks before dispatch. If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, you must notify us within 2 business days of receiving your delivery and provide clear photos and a written description.

Please note:

• Damage caused by wear and tear is not considered a fault

• Damage caused during customer handling or try-on is not considered a fault

• Minor imperfections that can be repaired are considered ‘minor faults’ under ACCC guidelines

If a garment is assessed as faulty, we will offer repair, replacement or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Out of Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable at the time of processing your order, we will contact you to offer a substitute item, store credit or refund.

Store Credit

Store credits:

• Are valid for 6 months

• Cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash

• Must be used in a single transaction if the system requires it (depending on platform settings)

In‑Store Purchases

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to online orders only. Purchases made in-store are subject to the terms and conditions printed on the in-store sales invoice at the time of purchase.
