FAQ – Online Store
Payments
We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Afterpay is available for orders over $100. Please note that some debit cards requiring a PIN (such as Australia Post debit cards) may not be accepted online, but can be used in our Brisbane showroom.
If you cannot see Afterpay at checkout, please ensure your order total is over $100 and that you have entered your shipping information. Express Checkout options may bypass alternative payment methods.
Using Store Credits & Gift Cards
Store Credits and Gift Cards can be entered at checkout in the field labelled “Gift card or discount code”. Credits remain valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated. Credits can be used across multiple transactions until the balance is $0.
Order Processing
All successful orders will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received confirmation, please check your junk folder or verify that payment was processed.
Orders take 3–5 business days to process, or up to 7 days during sale periods. Express orders are prioritised and usually processed by the following business day.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us immediately with your order number at online@foreverbridal.com.au.
Orders placed during online sales cannot be cancelled or modified.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once dispatched, Australia Post may allow redirection through your MyPost account.
Non-delivery due to incorrect addresses is the responsibility of the customer. Re-delivery fees apply for returned parcels.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges must comply with our Refunds & Returns Policy. Do not return items using “Return to Sender” as a $16 fee will be charged. Please follow the correct returns process to avoid delays.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and clear details. We will investigate and resolve this as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, your order can be tracked via Australia Post using the tracking number provided by email or SMS. Tracking will also appear in your Forever Bridal account if you have one.
Delivery Delays
Australia Post may experience delays during peak periods. If your parcel is delayed, please refer to the tracking link provided. If your order has been dispatched, our team will direct you to Australia Post for delivery updates.
Lost Parcels
If you selected “Authority to Leave”, you accept responsibility once the parcel is marked delivered. If you purchased Order Protection at checkout and believe your item is lost, please contact us so we can open an investigation.
Return to Sender Parcels
If your order is returned to us, re-shipping fees apply:

• International: $35.90
