Shipping & Delivery Policy
Introduction
All online orders are shipped from our Brisbane showroom. This Shipping Policy outlines domestic and international delivery options, processing times and important delivery information for customers shopping through our online store at https://www.foreverbridal.com.au.
Order Processing Times
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Please allow:
• 3–5 business days for order processing
• Up to 7 business days during sale periods or peak times
Express orders are usually processed by the next business day.
Processing times refer to the preparation of your order and do not include transit time.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
• Standard Shipping: $10.00 (estimated 3–6 business days, may take up to 14 days for regional/remote areas)
• Express Shipping: $14.00 (estimated 1–3 business days)
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.
International Shipping
We ship internationally using Australia Post International Standard with tracking.
• New Zealand: AU$14.00 (usually 2–3 weeks)
• Hong Kong & Singapore: AU$20.00 (usually 2–3 weeks)
• All other international locations: AU$35.00 (usually 4–5 weeks)
Delivery times vary depending on Australia Post and international customs processes.
Sale Period Shipping
During major sales, dispatch times may extend up to 7 business days due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
You may authorise Australia Post to leave your parcel without a signature. If you select or request Authority to Leave:
• You accept full responsibility for the parcel once marked as delivered
• Forever Bridal & Formal is not liable for loss, theft or damage after delivery
If you do not provide ATL, a signature will be required upon delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes – International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges. These fees are not included in the purchase price.
If an international order is refused at customs due to non-payment of duties/taxes, we reserve the right to deduct all return costs from any applicable refund or store credit.
Delivery Risk
Risk passes to the customer once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
If you believe your parcel is missing, please check the delivery status via Australia Post and contact them directly. We will assist where possible, but delays or mis-deliveries by postal carriers are outside our control.
Return to Sender Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failure to collect from a post office
• Refusal of delivery

• Australia: $24.90
• International: $35.90
Tracking Information
Once Australia Post has accepted your parcel, you will receive tracking information via email and/or text message. Customers can monitor their delivery using the provided tracking number.
Temporary Delivery Suspensions
From time to time, Australia Post may suspend delivery services to specific locations due to changes in international import rules or global events. If your destination is affected, we will notify you and offer a store credit or refund.
