Bridal Appointment

At Forever we offer complimentary bridal appointments for all customers.
Our bridal appointments are between 1 hour and 1.5 hours.
We stock Wedding Dresses in size 6-26.

Bridal Appointment Hours:  Tuesday-Friday 10.00am-5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am-3.30pm 

 

 

TIP: Walk-ins are encouraged
Bridal appointments during the week are usually available at short-notice.

Bridal Appointment Bookings are recommended for Saturdays* as they are often

booked out 2 weeks in advance so please keep this in mind.

As this can be a first-time experience for many clients, we have provided some planning tips and etiquette for what you may expect when you come for your bridal appointment.    When you arrive, we’ll invite you to have a seat and tell us about your wedding and dream dress. We’ll ask you to share basic information about your event and contact preferences with your styling consultant so we can provide excellent service throughout your wedding planning process. And, we can offer some great off-rack discounts on Wedding Gowns, Plus Size Wedding Dresses, Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride or Groom, Evening & Formal Dresses when shopping in Brisbane.

 

What to bring to your appointment?

• Start by saving your favourite styles/Dream Dress photos, so you can share them with family, friends, and your Forever Bridal styling consultant. These can be shared on your phone or in a scrapbook/folder and brought to your appointment

• Bring along friends and family to your appointment whose opinion you value - we recommend no more than two or three people

• Think about your venue, and the weather for the time and month of year, this will help determine the type of dress you will be choosing

• Think about your dress budget and what is your upper limit

• What type of fabrics, looks and themes do you want for your total wedding event?  This will help us select the right gowns for your day as well.

• Make a shopping list of what you want in your dream dress or bridal party dresses - colours, trims and embellishments – do you like lace, bling, beads, pearls?

• Be open minded and try on different styles that your Forever Bridal stylist may recommend

• We have an amazing collection of bridal veils, headpieces, and accessories, so you’ll be beautifully dressed from head to toe
   

What to wear to your appointment?

• Wear a strapless and well supporting bra – preferably in a nude colour

• Keep underwear colours to neutral or nude, and preferably seamless (g strings not recommended)

• If you intend on wearing shape-wear with your dress please bring that along to wear at your appointment

 

When to make your appointment time?

If you prefer a serene environment with fewer customers in the store, a weekday appointment is highly recommended.  Our styling consultant typically has more time to devote to assisting you in finding everything you need to perfectly outfit your wedding.

 

If you love interacting with other people and want to share the excitement of  your wedding experience, a weekend appointment is perfect for you.
